All GiftOrTwo.com products are shipped using either UPS, US Post Office, FedEx or by Freight. Shipping charges do include handling and insurance. If items are shipped using UPS, FedEx or Freight we can only ship to a street address. No domestic P.O. Boxes please.
We ship only to the 50 U.S. States. At this time we do not ship internationally.

Payment Methods

We offer our US clients different payment options.

Credit Cards:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Pre-payment with personal check.
For new customers, checks will need to clear the bank before merchandise will ship. Please note: An additional charge of $30 will be incurred for checks returned to our bank for insufficient funds.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping charges to all U.S. destinations are determined by the quantity and weight of the merchandise ordered and the shipping service and options you choose. In many cases, such as UPS shipments, your location within the U.S. will affect the shipping charges. Our standard carriers for product shipments are UPS and FedEx, though we reserve the right to select alternative carriers at any time.

Orders are considered complete when picked up by the carrier. Deliveries on product under $50 may be left by the carrier without a signature unless you specifically instruct GiftOrTwo.com that a signature is required. Orders over $50 will require a signature as long as the shipper will comply.

It is the client's responsibility to notify GiftOrTwo.com before shipment of any special shipping instructions.

Your available shipping methods will appear automatically in your Shopping Cart for orders entered online. After you have chosen your shipping method(s), the estimated shipping & handling charges will be calculated for you in your Shopping Cart before you place your order. If actual charges are lower, you will be billed for the lower cost. If the actual charge is higher, you will be notified via telephone or e-mail of the higher charge, prior to shipment. Shipping costs are only estimates and may be changed by the carrier. GiftOrTwo.com reserves the right to charge for any additional sums billed by the carrier.

Orders received by 3:00PM EST on business days will be shipped the same day if items are in stock. Orders received after 4:00PM EST will be shipped next business day. Orders placed on the weekend or Holidays will be shipped the next available business day. GiftOrTwo.com will make every attempt to notify you promptly if items are backordered or out of stock.

Local & State Taxes

We charge required local and state taxes on orders delivered to Florida, FL Sales and Use Tax certificates are required to be on file with GiftOrTwo.com prior to not charging sales tax. If an item is shipped directly from a distributor to a customer within a state that sales tax is required, we will notify you prior to shipment that the purchase will be taxed.

Special Orders

If there is a specific product you are looking for and it is not listed, please contact us to check if it can be special ordered. Special orders for products not normally stocked require either an advance deposit or full payment up front depending on the item. Lead times and availability will vary greatly on special orders.

PLEASE NOTE:
Refusal of special order once it is shipped may result in a forfeiture of your payment.

Back Orders

All orders for items not in stock will be backordered. GiftOrTwo.com will keep you apprised of the status of your merchandise. We will ship all backorder items as they are available. Please inform us if your requirements change and you wish to cancel a backorder prior to shipment. All refused shipments (without prior notification) are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Cancellations

All order cancellations must be received prior to shipment. Merchandise refused or returned will not be accepted without a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. See “Returns and Exchanges” section.

Warranty Information

The only warranties that GiftOrTwo.com delivers is those expressly issued in writing with the product. GiftOrTwo.com makes no warranties for merchandise that it does not manufacture whether expressed or implied, and specifically excludes warranties or fitness or merchantability. All applicable warranties from the manufacturer are passed onto the customer.

PLEASE NOTE:
Merchandise that has been replaced during the warranty period does not extend the warranty period past the original period.

GiftOrTwo.com shall not be liable under any circumstances for any special consequential incidental or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages of lost profits, loss of use, lost data, or for any damages or sums paid by the purchaser to third party even if GiftOrTwo.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply whether any claim is based on principals of contract, warranty, negligence, or other tortuous breach of any statutory duty, principles of indemnity or contribution, or failure of any limited or exclusive remedy to achieve its essential purpose or otherwise.

Returns & Exchanges.

A RMA NUMBER IS REQUIRED FOR ANY RETURNED MERCHANDISE.

Non-Defective Items:

A (30) thirty days from the date of purchase return policy is available on certain products. Gifts baskets are non-returnable, non-refundable.

In the event (within 30 days) the client has an issue with a product due to defect or error in shipping, the customer must notify GiftOrTwo.com and an RMA label will be issued. The customer will be credited back the full amount of the order minus all shipping costs, once the returned merchandise has been received by GiftOrTwo.com or the Distributor (if shipped back directly). All returned products must be in salable condition, which means they are undamaged, unmarked, complete and in the original packaging. If goods do not meet our re-sale standards we will return them to you.

PLEASE NOTE:
Merchandise must not be over 30 days old based on the order date.

If the product received is damaged and/ or missing shipping materials, or shows unusual product usage, GiftOrTwo.com retains the right to charge up to a 25% restocking fee to cover the cost of these occurrences, as deemed necessary. All distributors restocking fees will apply back to the customer.

In the event a wrong product has been ordered and the customer wishes to return it, a 25% restocking fee may be applied to any returned product which is not the result of a shipping error or defective merchandise. .

Credit card orders will be refunded to the credit card on file.

It is the customer's responsibility to fully insure returned items. If customer fails to insure the return shipment, they accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

Damaged, unauthorized or incomplete returns will be refused.

Claims for loss, or for visible or hidden damage is the responsibility of the customer and must be made to the freight carrier immediately. You must ask for prompt and thorough inspection by the carrier immediately to insure that claims are approved. GiftOrTwo.com will provide any assistance required to aid in claim processing.

ONCE THE INFORMATION IS VERIFIED AND APPROVED YOU WILL RECEIVE AN RMA FORM/PACKING SLIP WITH YOUR APPROVED RMA NUMBER ON IT. PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING: .

Please return the product PROMPTLY: RMA numbers are valid for 15 days.
Items returned after 30 days may be subject up to a 50% restocking fee.
Returns must be made through a traceable carrier and insured. Any RMA's returned via U.S. Mail will be refused.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless otherwise approved.
Returned goods must be shipped freight pre-paid in their original box with packing material, manuals, etc. A CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED FOR MISSING OR USED ITEMS. Product not returned in ORIGINAL packing will be refused.
All merchandise returned without an RMA or Freight collect will be refused.
The RMA Label must be displayed on the outside of the box. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE ORIGINAL BOX. .

REFUSED MERCHANDISE

GiftOrTwo.com charges a minimum of 25% restocking fee on all merchandise refused. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways.

Products returned without an RMA number will be returned to you at your own expense.
