Online Ordering:
Add items to your shopping cart:
Whenever you see an item on Gift or Two that you are interested in buying, click on the item photograph or link and the page for that item will be displayed. You will see an “add to cart” button and a “ order quantity” drop down menu.

This does not commit you to buying the product; it simply sets it aside so that when you do decide to buy it you can do so quickly. After you put an item in your shopping cart you can either proceed to checkout and purchase the product or continue shopping. You can add as many products to your basket as you like.

Checkout:
When you decide to buy the items in your cart, you can either click on “CHECK OUT” or click on “cart” located on the left-hand side of every page on our site. This will begin the checkout process. The first page you see will allow you to select the quantity of any item you intend to purchase or to remove any item from your basket. In the next series of pages you will be asked to type information that will let us know where to send the order, how to send it and how you intend to pay for it. To make purchases you will need to order online and use a Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express credit card.

The checkout sequence should take less than two minutes for first time customers. Within 24 hours of receiving your order you will receive an email from us confirming your order. We will send you a follow-up email when we ship your order.

Is it Safe to use my credit card?
We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe as all purchases are made through our secure server. You will notice that the URL you are taken to to process your credit card information starts with https. This lets you know you are now in secure access. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Gift or Two accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

 

What are my shipping options?
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEx to ship our products to you, and we offer several options for expedited shipping.

All orders for in-stock merchandise that are placed prior to 4pm Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), should be shipped the day your order is placed. All orders for in-stock merchandise that are placed after 5pm ET on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will leave our warehouses the next business day.

Our shipping options are:
Standard Ground Service
Orders shipped with Standard Service within the 48 contiguous states will usually arrive 2-6 business days after the order leaves our warehouses. Since delivery times depend on warehouse location and shipping address, we will make every effort to have your items shipped from the closest warehouse.

Our gift baskets only ship UPS Ground Service.

3-day
Orders shipped with Preferred Service will arrive 3 business days after the order leaves our warehouses.

2-day
Orders shipped with Expedited Service will arrive 2 business days after the order leaves our warehouses.

Express/Standard Overnight
Express orders placed prior to 3pm ET Monday through Friday should arrive by the end of the following business day. Orders placed after 3pm ET on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, should arrive by 5pm local time, 2 business days later.

Alaska and Hawaii: $10 charge in addition to the 2-day shipping rate (2-day is the only delivery method available for these states)

 

How long will it take to get my order?
There are two factors that affect when you will receive your order: the time it takes for the product to leave our warehouse, and the time it takes for your order to be shipped by UPS. All orders for in-stock merchandise that are placed prior to 4pm ET, Monday through Friday, will leave our warehouse to be shipped on the day your order is placed. All orders for in-stock merchandise that is placed after 4pm on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will leave our warehouse the next business day.

 

How do I return an item?
We want you to love everything that you buy from us. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund of your purchase price, provided that returned items are in their original condition and it is within 30 days of purchase. For items that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will be happy to refund your original shipping cost. We regret that gift baskets and items that are made-to-order cannot be returned.

How do I check the status of my order?
To check on the status of an order you placed with us, please go to the ACCOUNT link that is listed on the top of every page, or click here: MY ACCOUNT . Just enter your email address and password that you entered when the order was placed.

 

How is my privacy protected?
Gift or Two respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy protection section communicates how, when and why we gather information about our customers and what we do with it.

Why shopping at Gift or Two is safe
We have taken many precautions to insure that shopping at Gift or Two is safe and secure. We use the industry-standard SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer) to ensure that all credit card transactions are secure. The SSL system encrypts information that you submit to us via our Web site when you place an order. Encryption makes it extremely difficult for anyone to intercept information about you, your order, or your credit card information.

Order information
If you place an order through Gift or Two, we will ask you for your e-mail address, shipping address, telephone number and credit card information. We use this information to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. All archived credit card information is maintained in a secure and safe environment. Telephone numbers and e-mail addresses are only used to contact you regarding your order, unless you request to receive our e-mail newsletter updates.

Email List
We invite interested visitors to sign up to receive occasional e-mails about new and featured products and special offers. When you sign up, we ask for your first and last name and e-mail address.

We do not allow any other companies to use our email list to market to our customers. We do not rent, sell or share our email list, except with the company that sends our emails and this company is contractually obligated not to share this information with anyone. If you decide you no longer wish to receive e-mail from us, every e-mail we send to you includes simple instructions on how to opt out of future communications. Gift or Two uses "cookies" for the sole purpose of enhancing your shopping experience.
